A beautiful antique, Victorian era moss agate brooch.
An oval carved and polished moss agate cabochon with green and white tones.
The cabochon is bezel set into a 9ct gold bezel frame with a sterling silver rope twist border.
The brooch has an old c type clasp fitting.
It is unmarked, tests as 9ct gold and silver, Victorian era, c1890s.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, some surface wear and general signs of ageing, some wear to the c clasp, pin is base metal.
Approx measurements:
1.25" width
0.5" length
Weighs approx 4.17 grams
