An attractive early 20th century century, Arts and Crafts pipe rack.
The rack is made from old quarter sawn oak with a nice patina and grain and decorative sides.
There is an attractive engraved section in the oak of flora in a typical Arts and Crafts style including the tudor Rose.
It has a brass plaque to the top which is engraved in bold script 'Smoke and be happy' the letter S has been enamelled in red this has worn a little though.
There are two brass hanging loops attached to the back for wall mounting and the pipe holder sections are also made from brass.
English make, early 1910's
Good condition overall, age commensurate wear, some knocks to the brass pipe holders, nice strong piece ready to display your favourite pipes.
