Antique Citrine necklace, silver gilt, Victorian

This beautiful antique citrine necklace is truly mesmerising.

It is a fringed necklace suspending multiple oval cut citrines in an almost riviere style.

The citrine stones graduating in size from the ends to the centre, the centre stone being the largest, they have a wonderful soft lemony citrus glow.

The stones are claw set in silver gilt bezel mounts and adjoined by rolo links, the necklace has a rolo chain length either side and fastens with an antique silver bolt ring fastener.

Such a pretty antique necklace that is delicate and feminine yet bold at the same time and packs in a lot of gemstone!

Perfect day to night necklace as this looks great dressed up for an evening look but just as good with a casual day look.

Marks and era:
Late Victorian era, c1900, Unmarked tests as silver with a gilt finish

Condition:
Good used condition overall, some light surface wear commensurate with age, wear to the gilt finish
