A delightful antique Art Nouveau, 9ct yellow gold front and back enamelled locket.
Late Victorian era it has an elaborately chased and engraved front and back, the front is enamelled in vibrant enamels with a bluebell design with a small crescent to the lower half.
Inside there are two old photographs of a beautiful young lady and a handsome young man.
The back is engraved with a monogram EL.
It has an integral gold plated bale, ready to hang from your favourite necklace or chain.
Victorian era C1890s.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, some light surface wear commensurate with age and use, small area of wear near the bale, is hard to open but securely snaps shut.
Approx measurements:
1.40" length with bale
0.90" width
Weight approx 7.27 grams.
