This antique Peridot and split pearl half hoop ring is shockingly beautiful with a rich and slightly mystical feel to it.
Reminiscent of the Georgian era this beautiful ring has alternating round cut vibrant green peridot and creamy split pearls adorning the face, the collet style setting adding to it's Georgian influences.
The band is grooved in a bifurcated style from the shoulders all the way round and it has a closed back setting, all wrapped up in rich, buttery 18ct gold.
Such a wonderful and charming piece, this would make a beautiful alternative engagement ring or just a treat for yourself!
Marks and era:
It is Unmarked, tests as 18ct gold, early Victorian era c1840s.

Condition:
Good used condition overall, light surface wear commensurate with age and use a little wear to some of the collet setting, slight thinning of the band.
Ring face Approx 4.8mm length and band 1.6mm
