A gorgeous pair of antique, Victorian era, Vauxhall glass earrings.
A rich yet shiny black with a hint of sparkle when the light hits the edges.
They are in a starburst type design, they appear to have a floral design to the centre and the outer design looks like a snowflake.
The vauxhall glass is adhered to a metal base with the original ear wire fittings, made of base metal, the reverse has been lacquered black to match the black glass front.
A very sweet interesting pair of antique earrings to add to your collection.
English make, c1890's
Condition:
Good used condition overall, some miniscule chips to the glass, the ear wires are slightly out of shape.
