A fantastic vintage, retro era, c1940s Synthetic colour change sapphire and paste cluster ring.
This ring is all about that huge centre stone, it is a faceted round cut gemstone with a large table, surrounded by a halo of white paste stones, giving some extra sparkle and shine.
The stone has some gorgeous tones in different lights ranging from indigo to reddish pink.
It has a smooth 9ct Rose gold band tapering from the setting and the setting front is finished in sterling silver.
This is a ring you know you are wearing and is a definite statement piece.
Marked 9ct, c1940s, Mid century retro.
Condition:
Fair used condition overall, lots of surface wear to the band including light overall scratches, there is some audible movement of the main stone but it is still secure in the setting, surface wear / light scratches to the stone.
