The necklace has a Fringe type design with fancy gilt metal mounts each holding a single scarab beetle.
The fringe is joined with a fancy link gilt chain with boxy elongated links and fastens with a barrel screw clasp.
The scarabs have a light overall golden sheen with an applied gilt finish.
Mid century, c1940s, made from Real beetle and gilt metal, Unmarked.

Good used condition overall with signs of use and wear.
