A gorgeous antique, Art Deco era mourning ring.
This is an initial ring with an applied gold letter J, set on a rich black onyx panel.
The ring has decorative stepped shoulders and a slender smooth polished band.
This style was popular towards the end of the 19th century and through the Edwardian era, the popularity continued through the years and it remains a very popular style today.
It is marked 9ct on the inner band.
C1910s Art Deco era, English make.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, light surface wear / scratches commensurate with age and use.
