A sweet antique, late Victorian era mourning ring.
This is an initial ring with an applied gold letter E, set on a rich black onyx panel.
The ring has a slender smooth polished 9ct gold band.
This style was popular towards the end of the 19th century and through the Edwardian era, the popularity continued through the years and it remains a very popular style today.
It is marked 9ct on the inner band.
C1890s Victorian era, English make.
Condition:
Fair used condition overall, light surface wear / scratches commensurate with age and use.
