A gorgeous vintage, Art Deco 9ct gold ladies wristwatch.
Circular case and dial with a Swiss made movement, fully hallmarked for 9ct gold, marked on the inner cuvette with full hallmarks and 375 on the outer case.
Inner hallmarks for 9ct gold, London Assay, 1923, sponsors mark
The watch has a white enamel dial with Arabic numerals and fancy black steel hands, the 12 is picked out in red enamel.
The reverse of the watch is engraved with a personal message: To Vic from Stan 27.9.24.
The watch winds smoothly and is ticking nicely.
It comes on a later gold plated fancy expanding bracelet strap, not original to the watch and an imperfect fit but held strong.
Condition:
Good working condition overall, we cannot guarantee accuracy or time keeping and a service is always advised following travel, movement runs nicely, general signs of use and wear, light surface wear.
