It is a choker style chain link necklace with chunky interlocking rolo style links in crisp cool sterling silver.
The heart tag toggle necklace is one of Tiffany's most popular and iconic designs and this gorgeous piece is fully hallmarked for sterling silver with the Tiffany branding also stamped to the piece.
It is a heavy and solid chain and it fastens with a Tiffany branded toggle fastener.
The heart tag is marked for Tiffany and it has an engraved personalised message added to the piece later which reads; yours forever 24.04.03.

Fully hallmarked for sterling silver, London Assay office, 2003, makers mark for Tiffany

Good used condition overall, slight patina and light surface wear commensurate with age and use.
