Antique 9ct gold and diamond, puffy heart pendant, charm

A sweet and beautiful antique 9ct gold puffy heart charm.

Rich, aged and buttery 9ct yellow gold, the heart has a single white diamond chip set to the front with a tiny bale loop to the top and a gold safety chain.

The heart was originally a stick pin but has been converted into a charm, perfect for adding to a charm bracelet or adding a fine chain as a dainty pendant.

These little hearts are highly sought after and this little beauty is a wonderful example.
