A pretty antique 9ct gold anchor locket.
An oval shaped locket with all over engraving and a blue enamelled anchor design to the front.
The reverse is also engraved and a small blank cartouche which could be engraved if desired with initials.
It has a small gold jump ring attached so ready to hang from your favourite chain.
There is one old photograph still inside the locket but this could be replaced with your own photograph.
Unmarked, tests as 9ct gold, late Victorian era, c1900s
Condition:
Fair used condition overall, some patina and light surface wear, one small hole to the front cover, the locket does close and stay closed but it does not snap flush together.
Approx measurements:
1" length
0.70" width
Weight approx 4.85 grams.
