A beautiful antique Arts and Crafts era scarab necklace.
The epitome of the Egyptian revival style with the soft geometric shapes of the Arts and Crafts era.
This fine antique scarab beetle necklace is crafted from sterling silver with a carved amazonite scarab beetle pendant, it is a lariat style necklace with a further smooth polished briolette drop suspended from the scarab beetle.
It is set into a decorative scroll arched silver setting with an integral fine link silver chain.
The chain fastens with a spring ring fastener and the pendant is marked on the reverse sterling.
Condition:
Good used condition overall with signs of use and wear, repair visible to the lower drop.

16" necklace length
1.75" pendant drop
1.10" pendant width at the widest point
