Shipping policy

All you need to know about shipping.

We use a variety of couriers but mainly Royal Mail and DHL for both domestic and international orders.

For orders under £50 GBP we use a standard domestic or international service, this is NOT tracked and you will not receive a tracking number, if you would prefer a tracked service you can select the shipping upgrade, this incurs an additional charge and is not free.

For all domestic and international orders over £50 GBP we use a tracked and/or signed for service and you will receive a tracking number.

If you have not received your order in the maximum amount of allotted days as advised on your order dispatch information then please get in touch.

We cannot be held responsible for any errors in the shipping address you provide for your order.

If your item arrives damaged then please get in touch as soon as possible and include photographs of the damage and packaging, this helps to speed up the claim process.

Please note that claims for lost, delayed or damaged packages are handled directly through the chosen courier and this can take up to 30 working days to process.

North America: 7-14 business days
Europe: 7-14 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-14 business days
Asia Pacific: 7-21 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 7-14 business days
North Africa and the Middle East: 7-21 business days
Sub-Saharan Africa: 14-21 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
