All you need to know about shipping.
We use a variety of couriers for getting your order to you but mainly Royal Mail and DHL for both domestic and international orders.
For all domestic and international orders over £50 GBP we use a tracked and/or signed for service and you will receive a tracking number, this is always a tracked and insured service so you can rest assured that you will never be out of pocket due to delivery issues, we are unable to send packages out without this insurance but shipping is always free for you!
We always use Green choice deliveries wherever they are available to reduce Carbon emissions and help our deliveries get to you in the greenest possible way.
Items are shipped within one business day of receiving payment.

Sub-Saharan Africa: 14-21 business days
We will always endeavour to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method and how quickly the customs officials in your area are processing packages.
If you have not received your order in the maximum timeframe provided then please get in touch and we will look into this for you.
We cannot be held responsible for any errors in the shipping address you provide for your order, please ensure that all address details are correct before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged then please get in touch as soon as possible and include photographs of the damage and packaging, this helps to speed up the claim process, as we send all packages with insurance a claim will be filed for damages.
Please note that claims for lost, delayed or damaged packages are handled directly through the chosen courier and this can take up to 30 working days to process.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs, it is the buyers responsibility to check any import or customs fees that may be due, in the event customs or import fees are accrued these are payable by the buyer.
