A beautiful antique 9ct Rose gold compass pendant or fob shaped as an anchor.
It has a lovely nautical style with the ships anchor design in rich deep Rose gold and the central set miniature compass.
The compass appears to be in working order though I can't guarantee it, this is under a clear glazing and is enamelled though the enamel has worn.
These are highly sought after pieces especially in the more unusual or elaborate designs.
It is fully hallmarked for 9ct gold, Chester Assay office, date letter is rubbed but c1890s.
Condition:
Fair used condition overall, the glazed cover of the compass has some wear and scratches to it, internally the compass has enamel loss and some dust under the glazing.
Approx measurements:
0.86" width
1.30" length
4.05 grams weight
