A beautiful antique, late Georgian 9ct gold plated and carved quartz crystal seal fob.
It is a very decorative seal with an elaborate chased and engraved style, scrolling arches and a bunch of grapes above the centre.
The seal fob is made from bronze with a gold plating.
This is perfect worn as a pendant or for hanging from your favourite Albert chain.
Unmarked, early 19th century, c1800's.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, signs of use and wear commensurate with age, light wear and some scratches to the matrix, some wear to the plating.
Approx measurements:
1.25" height / length
0.80" width at the base
0.6" length
