A very pretty antique, late Victorian aesthetic silver brooch.
It is a rectangular shaped brooch with a zig zag and beaded rim.
The centre is engraved in the aesthetic manner and features a pair of herons by the water, one standing and one in flight.
It is quite a chunky brooch but it is hollow so it is lightweight and easy to wear.
It has an old C type clasp fastener.
Condition:
Good used condition overall with signs of use and wear commensurate with age, small hole near the fastener but it was made this way.
Approx measurements:
1.5 " width
1" length
