A large vintage, sterling silver locket pendant.
Oval shaped with a decorative bale,, it has an engraved design to the front and a gadrooned outer edge in a Victorian revival style.
An attractive vintage locket with two sides to store photos.
It does not have any glass covers, it has been replaced with some blue paper.
It is marked 925s and has a full set of Birmingham assay hallmarks on the reverse, mostly worn though, c1970s
It does not come with a chain or necklace, it would make for a lovely gift for a friend or someone special.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, used, some patina and light surface wear, small ding to the reverse.
Approx measurements:
2" length with bale
1.25" width
Weight approx 12.63 grams.
