A teensy tiny little antique micro mosaic pendant.
Set in a Rosey 9ct gold closed back frame, the tiny stone tessarae depicting a grand tour style image of a colosseum,.
The tessarae is set into a cobalt blue celluloid cabochon resembling lapis lazuli.
The pendant is marked for 9ct gold on the integral bale, most marks worn but tests as 9ct, it has an additional gold jump ring attached.
A really pretty little piece, very dainty could also be used as a charm.
Condition:
Good condition overall, tessarae is all intact, there are some tiny flea bites to the celluloid along with some minor surface wear to the gold.
Approx measurements:
0.5" width
0.75" length
