An attractive antique, 1910s, sterling silver fob.
It is an interesting ellipse shape with a floral engraved border and cut out design, the centre has a monogrammed cartouche with the initials EML.
A nice fob with a decorative design.
The reverse is engraved with Woodvale S. S 1917.
It has a large sterling silver jump ring, stamped with the lion passant, so can be attached to your favourite Albert chain or necklace.
Fully hallmarked for Birmingham assay office, sterling silver, 1914, Robert Pringle and Sons.
Comes on a later vintage sterling silver fine link trace chain.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, some surface wear commensurate with age, aged patina.
Total weight 7.48 grams.
Approx measurements:
1.55" fob length with bale
0.85" fob width
14" chain length
