An attractive antique, Edwardian, sterling silver shield fob.
It is a shield shaped fob with an applied raised cartouche to the centre and an engraved outer rim.
The cartouche has no monograms or engraving so could be personalised if desired.
A nice heavy fob with a decorative design.
It has a large sterling silver jump ring, stamped with the lion passant, so can be attached to your favourite Albert chain or necklace.
Fully hallmarked for Birmingham assay office, sterling silver, 1909, Herbert Bushell.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, some surface wear commensurate with age, aged patina, light scratches to the front cartouche.
Total weight 9.12 grams.
Approx measurements:
1.75" fob length with bale
1" fob width
