A gorgeous antique sterling silver long curb link chain necklace.
This is a lovely long length chain at 30.5" and can be easily wrapped around two times.
It is made from tight curb link and is fastened together with a spring ring, this is a later addition and the chain was probably a longuard chain in the past.
Perfect for hanging your favourite Victorian silver pendants or lockets or a fob or pocket watch.
Unmarked it tests as sterling silver, Victorian era C1880s.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, some Links with wear commensurate with age, spring ring is a later replacement and the chain was likely adapted from a longer chain.
Approx measurements:
Chain length 30.5"
Links width approx 3.4mm.
Weighs approx 29.45 grams
