A beautiful antique Victorian sterling silver locket pendant.
It is engraved to the front with an unusual applied curved weave design down the front.
It has a large, integral bale and is an oval shape with a wavy zig zag edge.
The reverse of the locket is plain polished with lots of patina.
No glazed covers, Unmarked, tests as sterling silver C1880s.
This is a gorgeous Victorian locket of a good size, perfect for adding to your favourite long chain or necklace.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, some age commensurate wear and signs of use, surface wear and minor scratches, plenty of aged patina.
Approx measurements:
1.25" width
2.25" height including the bale.
