A stunning antique early Victorian era Topaz cluster ring in 18ct gold.
A very pretty ring with a central floral design cluster of light green oval and round cut Topaz, claw set to the beautiful rich 18ct yellow gold setting.
The shoulders on this ring are sublime with the most delicate and intricate scrolling cut out tendrils leading on to the smooth gold band.
A real work of art, it has Georgian design elements shining through.
Unmarked, tests as 18ct gold.
English make c1850s, Early Victorian
Condition:
Good condition overall, some light surface wear commensurate with age, the stones show wear with surface scratches and scuffs, there are a few claws deficient but the stones are secure in the setting, centre stone has a slight chip to the left facet edge.
