A stunning vintage, mid century, c1940s, Sapphire and Diamond half hoop ring.
The ring has a lovely D profile, high polish 18ct white gold band with a platinum half hoop setting.
The setting features a beautiful rich blue central round cut sapphire shouldered by two sparkling white diamonds and then a further two blue sapphire at each end.
The diamonds are in total approximately 0.10ct and have a good clarity and colour, the central sapphire is approximately 0.20ct
The band is stamped 18ct and plat, English make, c1940s.

UK size J½
US size 5
EU / MM 49.32
Ring face approx 10mm width, sapphire approx 5mm length, all carat weights are estimated and taken within the setting.
Weight approx 2.75 grams
Condition:
Good condition overall, light surface wear commensurate with age, minor surface wear to the sapphires.
