An attractive antique late Victorian sterling silver and faux snakeskin hip flask.

It has a sterling silver lock mechanism cap with the original inner cork, fully hallmarked, the body is made from glass and it has the original gilt lined sterling silver beaker bottom.

The beaker bottom can be removed to pour the contents into and drink from.

The top half of the glass body is covered with a very realistic faux snakeskin leather cover, it has been dyed and embossed to imitate the snakeskin pattern.

The flask is fully hallmarked on the cap and on the beaker, the beaker has intials ER in fancy script and the date 1908.

Hallmarked for Sheffield 1899, James Dixon and Sons Ltd.

A gorgeous antique hip flask, this would make a great gift for someone special.

It has been checked and holds liquid well without leaking, it is advisable to keep the Cork moist to retain a good seal.

Condition:
Very good used condition overall, signs of use commensurate with age, a little wear to the inner Cork.
