An attractive antique sterling silver and cobalt blue enamelled fob pendant.
It is a circular shaped fob with engraving front and back, the front has an armorial crest with enamelled scrolls and two owls, it has a Latin inscription to the blue enamel and reads Leeds Schools Football Association around the rim.
The reverse has an applied Laurel wreath and is engraved with: Mount St Mary's Champions, 1920-21 W. Green.
It has a silver plated jump ring so can be attached to your favourite Albert chain or necklace., it is a nice heavy little fob.
Fully hallmarked for Birmingham assay office, sterling silver, 1920, William James Dingley.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, some surface wear commensurate with age, aged patina, some losses to the blue enamel.
Total weight 9.14 grams.
Approx measurements:
1.10" fob length with bale
1" fob width
