A beautiful antique late 19th century 9ct gold muff or longuard chain.
It has belcher / rolo type links with interesting slider spacer links and gas a lovely aged Rosey gold tone.
The chain is nice and long when not doubled, it has a 9ct yellow gold dog clip fastener along with two antique gold jump rings, one an interesting miniature ring shape.
Presents beautifully when, both doubled and worn, single strand, perfect for showcasing your favourite antique pendant, locket or pocket watch.
Dog clip is a later replacement c1900 marked 9ct, the chain is unmarked but tests as 9ct gold c1890's English make.

31" total length
1" dog clip length
Approx 15.33 grams
Condition:
Good used condition overall with some light surface wear and patina, a few tiny dings to some links including one of the interlocking links which has been previously secured.
