A beautiful antique, early Victorian gold cased Carnelian seal fob.
It is a very decorative seal with raised and repousee floral designs, with scrolling arches in a lovely rich gold.
The seal fob is made from bronze with a 9ct yellow gold outer casing.
This is perfect worn as a pendant or for hanging from your favourite Albert chain.
It is set with a smooth orangey red Carnelian stone, this is uncarved so could be personalised if desired.
A very well made and decorative seal fob.
Unmarked, Victorian era.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, signs of use and wear commensurate with age, there is a small nick to the Carnelian beneath the surface, see photos.
