This attractive Aesthetic era chain is made up from chunky double rolo links with a faux coin link Fringe in the Assyrian revival style.
A staple piece of Victorian jewellery and as wearable in this era as it was then.
Can be worn on both sides.
It has a large antique silver spring ring fastener which can also be used to hang a locket or pendant.
Unmarked, tests as sterling silver, c1880s.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, some light surface wear and patina commensurate with age, a few small dings to some links.
Approx measurements:
16.5" length including spring ring
13mm link width
