The sweetest teeny tiny, vintage Synthetic Ruby and Diamond heart shaped pendant in 9ct yellow gold.
The ruby has a deep red pink hue and is cut in a heart shape, above the Ruby is a scroll of white gold set with tiny diamond chips.
All set into 9ct yellow gold, the reverse.
This would make a great gift for someone special with the sweet love heart design.
It is a very dainty pendant with an integral bale to the reverse perfect for a dainty gold trace chain or as a charm.

Late 20th century, c1990s, marked 375 for 9ct gold
