It has a quatrefoil shaped top in sterling silver with typically aesthetic style engraving and applied rose and yellow gold leaves.
The back is a smooth polished finish, the pin has no safety cap

Good used condition overall, minor signs of use and wear, mostly to the pin itself, some aged patina.
