A handsome and unusual French vintage intaglio ring.
Crafted in rich 9ct gold the ring has chunky raised shoulders and a bevelled design band.
To the front there is a carved glass intaglio panel, very finely carved with the profile of a bearded gentleman.
It is marked with French marks, partially rubbed on the outer band, c1940s, retro era.
A really well made and substantial vintage ring, very good quality and well designed.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, signs of use and wear commensurate with age and use.
Approx weight: 6.11 g.
Ring face approx 15.6mm length and 4.1mm band at the narrowest point.
