This vintage sterling silver Dragonfly brooch is a truly striking piece.
It is a large sized brooch that could be worn in many ways and the wings are lightly articulated so have some movement.
The wings are adorned all over with marcasite and the body is set with oval cut Garnets.
It is an Art Deco revival piece made in the late 20th century when there was a revival of all things Art Deco in design.
As fantastic statement piece of jewellery that is sure to elevate any look.

Stamped 925 on the underside, c1980s
